For months leaders from Louisiana and Texas have been trying to schedule a meeting with Citi executives to discuss the harms their fossil fuel investments are causing in communities across the Gulf South. Organizers from the Summer of Heat Campaign are threatening to shut down Citi HQ if executives refuse to meet with the Gulf leaders.
Join us on September 24th at the NYPA headquarters in White Plains to demand action! We need 15 gigawatts of renewable energy by 2030–enough to power 12 million homes. Let's make sure Hochul hears us loud and clear!
